We first got a room facing the main road, and had to request to change it to a room facing inside courtyard. There is a lot of noise in the rooms facing the road. Breakfast is expensive. Cleaning of rooms not very good either. Welcome drinks could not be beers on bottle, even if it was same price as beer on the tap. (not craft beers, but normal beer label). 2 lambs where not working in the room, 301. The lamp on the desk, work area and the one above the coffee machine, LED spot

We chekced room you occupied and we can assure you, that all lamps in the room working perfectly fine - we can prove you that during next visit, it's the matter of configurations of switches. If you'll have any doubts during next visit please inform us at the Front Desk, because we clarify all the situations immediately and explain any misunderstandings. Our policy of welcome drinks are clear and we have a special menu for that at the bar and it's consistent with the policy of Accor hotels. It's not true, that we have prepared some special rooms for different type of bookings - we have a lot of questions for the reservations about quiet rooms or with the view and we try to make satisfy every guest we host - that's why we changed your room after your comment. We will be appreciate for more understanding and verify your score about your stay. We will be waiting for your next visit and try it much better to make no doubts about our quality next time. Much imporved hotel since my last stay 6 years ago. Pool and sauna area improved a lot. Much better breakfast. Hotel staff nice and welcoming. Overall a great experience.
