This is the basic step of Capoeira. You start by putting the left leg in front and the right in the back (they have to be parallel) put your hands to the opposite way you should have your right hand in front of your face and left out. 2nd step is open your legs (must be parallel). 3rd step is to change side so put left leg back and change your arms. Now gust keep ripiting these steps and get better at Ginga.
