Hi everyone

I have the following scenario(As shown in below diagram). All the following device are in service and work great! except TL-WR741ND Router that I want to buy and place it in in the network accounting to the diagram.

The purpose of buying Router is to supply wireless needs in first floor and also Control Bandwidth for ALL clients in this network. I know it is better to locate Wireless router beside ADSL MODEM W8981ND, but, first floor also need wireless connection and I don't want to buy another device for this!

Note: ADSL 8841 is only work as switcher.

So my question is: Is it possible to force all Client(Including client in the left side of diagram) to pass through TL-WR741ND Router, so after that I can manage bandwidth between them.
