Error 403 When Joining Place On Alternate Account

When I try to join any place, I get this system window in which strange characters that I cannot read, the only thing that is clear in it is the number 403, and I can assume that this is an HTTP 403 (Access Denied). This only happens on the alternate account, my main account is working. I also want to note that my alternative account is not subject to moderation, I can easily use it on the website.

Also,
Im on Windows 11 x64

I want to pay attention, this error does not appear so often. She usually doesn’t interfere. I can guess it depends on the state of the Roblox servers.

If this error is expected, I would like it to be readable

Expected behavior

Launching the application without errors and successfully joining the place

System fails to detect another language so that’s why your error is gibberish, but there’s normal version:
" Authenication failed "
" Error code 403 "
" An error was encountered during authentication. Please try again. "

This error means your authentication is invalid or you’re banned from roblox client, this also might be vpn

Hello. Thanks for answer.

Just now I got the same system window, but the error code is now just zero, is there anything known about this?

Is it related to Roblox servers? For now I meet this on my main account. Or is it a cache error due to which incorrect data is transmitted to the client?

I’m not an engineer and I never met this error myself before, but this might be the roblox outage or you have to reinstall the roblox client
Otherwise it’s a ban or a problem with your region/vpn

You can try logging out and back in or putting ipconfig /flushdns in the command prompt, I doubt this will help

I have encountered this issue previously, and I believe it may be due to an engine bug within Roblox. However, there is a temporary solution that has worked for me in the past. When you switch accounts on the Roblox website and attempt to join a game, an authentication failed error, or a 403 error, may appear in the client. This error occurs because the “Roblox Player” application on your computer remains logged in with the previous account and does not automatically switch for some reason.

To resolve this issue, you will need to manually open the “Roblox Player” application, log out from the current account, and log in to your alternate account. This should allow you to successfully join a game without encountering the authentication failed or 403 error.

Hello, when this issue will be fixed? Do you have any news?

I fixed the error language by changing the system language and now it displays normally. But I haven’t been able to launch Roblox from the website for 3 days now.

Is this issue solved yet? Roblox won’t open if I try to open it from the website but it works if I join a game directly from the app. It’s annoying. I tried reinstalling and such however nothing worked.
