Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Manager

Location: Dallas/Frisco/Plano or Auburn Hills (Hybrid)

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and enhancing Comerica’s cybersecurity strategy. You will lead an exceptional Engineering team responsible for developing, operating, and supporting a state-of-the-art Security infrastructure. As the Senior Manager, you will establish and manage the Cybersecurity Engineering program and oversee a team of high-performing cybersecurity Engineers.

Responsibilities:

Oversee security log engineering, endpoint security, and network security engineering.

Collaborate effectively with Comerica Technology and business teams to provide consistent security services.

Ensure the security of our organization’s data, systems, and networks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or equivalent (or High School diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience).
• 8 years of technology experience and proficiency.
• 8 years of experience leading large, complex/critical technology projects.
• 8 years of experience influencing strategy for large organizations.
• 6 years of experience in management roles.
• 4 years of experience with security incident and event monitoring platforms (SIEM).
• 4 years of experience managing endpoint security products (XDR/EDR, etc.).
• 2 years of experience with cloud-based security tools and integrations (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Desired Skills & Experience:

• This is a Vice President level position.
• Ideal candidates may have a background in heavy risk management, NIST, audit, or related areas.
