LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Four firefighters were injured after a semi-truck crashed into the back of a fire truck Monday, according to KATV content partner KAIT Region 8 News.
The crash happened around 7 p.m. on Interstate 55 near Marion. Firefighters were responding to an accident when the semi-truck hit the firetruck, the Marion Fire Department said.
The driver of the semi-truck and the four firefighters were transported to an area hospital for minor injuries, according to the department.
Three of the firefighters were released from the hospital Monday morning.
