At the end of this week, the full moon rises and, just a couple days later, the spirits will rise for Halloween on Oct. 31. So it’s the perfect time for you to rise up and get in the holiday spirit, and Las Vegas has you covered when it comes to parties, cocktails and fun.

• Nightclub parties go off all week with tons of A-list DJs invading the Las Vegas Strip. On deck at Zouk Nightclub at Resorts World are Jamie Jones on Oct. 26, Ty Dolla $ign on Oct. 27 and DJ Snake on Oct. 28. Rap artist G-Eazy puts on a special performance on Halloween night and plays host to the nightclub’s “Sexiest Halloween Costume” contest with $10,000 in cash and prizes on Oct. 31. Halloween-themed parties are also on tap at Marquee at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas with DJ Mustard performing Oct. 29 at the club’s Drenched After Dark party—guests are encouraged to wear bathing suits and jump in the pool for this nighttime pool party. Tao at The Venetian welcomes Whoo Kid on Oct. 26; Jewel at Aria hosts a special set by Lil Jon on Oct. 30; Hakkasan at MGM Grand booked Afrojack for Oct. 27 and Steve Aoki for Oct. 28; and Omnia at Caesars Palace also welcomes a spooky Halloween set by Aoki on Oct. 31.

• Get gussied up for Legacy Club at Circa Resort & Casino’s Masquerade Party on Oct. 28. On the property’s 60th floor, live bands play a mix of musical genres while passed small plates and an open bar with themed cocktails keeps partiers satiated. A spooky, sexy atmosphere sets the scene, and guest receive masquerade masks to help keep on theme.

• Are you a fan of the 1975 cult classic movie Rocky Horror Picture Show? Enjoy the immersive viewing being shown at AREA15 on Oct. 27 and 29 inside The Portal. Guests are encouraged to dress as fave characters and can expect live performances during the evening from more than a dozen Las Vegas entertainers from Strip productions like Cirque du Soleil shows and Chippendales The Show. Two shows happen nightly, at 8 p.m. and midnight, and in between showings, guests are invited to attend a cocktail party and silent disco while mingling with the cast at the Sanctuary Lounge. AREA15 also hosts its ScAREA15 Halloween Massive on Oct. 28. The ravelike party features EDM DJs on three stages, interactive art, roaming performers and mysterious frights throughout the six-hour party. Guests can also enjoy Halloween-themed libations at Oddwood Bar on Oct. 26 with its Leaves of Darkness party featuring DJ Que from 7-9 p.m. On Oct. 27, Asylum Bar + Arcade hosts a special Halloween-themed karaoke night. Get on the mic and belt out a tune before trying your hand at one of the venue’s many vintage and modern arcade games, as well as pool and shuffleboard. On Halloween, Oct. 31, Christian Löffler + Parra for Cuva perform their downtempo house and techno beats while haunting visuals play out on the projection-mapped walls inside The Portal, making for a truly immersive holiday party.

• Rock of Horror lights up the Fremont Street Experience Oct. 27-31, where guests can enjoy free nightly entertainment. On the 3rd Street stage, catch the exclusive production show Wicked Dreams with costumed dancers and aerialists. The six blocks under the famed Viva Vision canopy will welcome flash mobs and Halloween haunts, and guests are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costumes, too. On Oct. 31, guests can compete in the costume contest with $2,500 for first place, $1,000 for second and $500 for third.

Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay hosts two parties for the holiday. On Oct. 27, the superhero theme takes over with live artists like Johnny Mack, who will create outfits on live models using nothing but tape. On Oct. 28, the lounge turns into Barbie’s Haunted Dreamhouse with spooky, yet Barbie-cute, décor. The night will also feature two DJs playing in the main room and on the rooftop patio and special Barbie-themed cocktails include the Hi. Barbie! with vodka and strawberry lemonade, and the Pink Fizz with Lillet Rosé, fresh lemon juice and soda.

• At The Underground at the Mob Museum, enjoy Halloween-themed cocktails Oct. 27-31. Cocktails include the Widow’s Kiss with cinnamon-infused applejack brandy, Chartreuse and Bénédictine, the Hocus Pocus with The Underground’s own Huckleberry Hideout moonshine, Fernet-Branca, Carpano Bianco and orange juice, the Witches Cauldron with cognac, Carpano Bianco, crème de cassis, cranberry, lavender and egg whites, and the Diablo de Oaxaca with Producer mezcal, crème de mûre, grenadine and ginger beer. The speakeasy space also hosts a Halloween party on Oct. 28 (The password is “ghouls and glitz”).

• Take the stage at Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for its masked karaoke event on Oct. 31. Guests can dress up to enter a cash-prize costume contest and then take the stage for some karaoke backed by a live band.

• Every Tuesday through Halloween, guests can stop by Silverton’s Shady Grove Lounge for its Cider Fest. Try out flights of cider on tap and indulge in fall-inspired small bites that complement the ciders like apple cider puff pastry, cheese curds and giant soft pretzels. After your nosh, try the complimentary tarot card reading from licensed Las Vegas psychic Michele Tell from 6-8 p.m.

• More speakeasy fun can be had at 1923 Prohibition Bar at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place. Step through the bookcase and party on Oct. 28 for its All Hallows’ Eve Party with live jazz music and burlesque dancers. Guests are encouraged to come dressed up. Earlier in the evening, guests can buy tickets to a special Halloween presentation of Ghost Stories with Kent Axwell. The 8 p.m. show is an intimate, haunted mind-reading show by candlelight along with Axwell sharing plenty of spooky ghost stories and using his powers to contact spirits from the beyond. The show comes with a warning: “It is not recommended for the faint of heart, and spectators might just leave with a ghost story of their own.”

• To party where the locals party for Halloween, head to the Sand Dollar Lounge for its Nightmare on Spring Mountain Party, featuring Halloween-themed cocktails, running through Oct. 31. The bartenders are known for unique concoctions; themed cocktails include the Hellboy with rye whiskey, orange bitters, Angostura bitters, cranberry bitters, hot honey syrup and kosher salt flakes, and the Poison Apple with Avúa cachaça, Montenegro Amaro liqueur, spiced orange maple syrup, lemon juice, Creole bitters and black walnut bitters. Another hot spot for some of the best cocktails in the city is the Disneyland-esque locals’ favorite bar Golden Tiki, where guests can enjoy more Halloween-themed cocktails. Sink your teeth into cocktails including the Vampiro with Cazadores reposado tequila, Martini & Rossi Fiero vermouth, blood orange juice, passion fruit, citrus, Dole pineapple and a Tajin foam, and the Suffering Bastard with Argonaut brandy, Bombay Sapphire gin, galangal root, ginger, Velvet Falernum and lime.
