IMPROVEMENTS
OS behavior with samples, creating an instrument overlaid with the specified sample.
IMPROVED KSP $EVENT_PAR_SOURCE now works in multiscripts.
KNOWN ISSUES/REMOVED
REMOVED several entries in Options, which are now permanently enabled:
“Interface → Show display and switching of keys on the virtual keyboard.”
“Interface → Auto-update file browser.”
“Process → File Browser: Double-clicking an audio file loads the tool.”
- How to install, questions, etc…
1) Run the Kontakt 7 7.8.0 Setup program on your computer.
2) Disable your antivirus and extract K7 Next Patcher.7z, then run Kontakt 7 Next Patcher as administrator.
(If you unchecked AAX or VST3 during installation, the patcher will tell you that it cannot find the file, just click the NO button).
Click the Patch button and wait for the green text DONE to appear in the lower left corner.
Can I install the latest version of Kontakt 7 over a previous version of Kontakt 7 (bobdule)?
YES! You can, just make sure you use the same location (default).
✔️ Can Kontakt 6 or Kontakt 7 work side by side?
Yes! You can install both versions without any conflicts.
