Basant Panchami, also known as Saraswati Puja, celebrates Maa Saraswati, as the goddess of knowledge, wisdom, music, art, and learning. She is considered the consort of Lord Brahma, the creator in the Hindu triumvirate of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. The puja rituals of this festival are incomplete without a few traditional foods that are offered to Goddess Saraswati. Take a look:
