Gao Zi Qi and Chae Rim tie the knot
15 Oct – Chinese actor Gao Zi Qi and his South Korean bride, actress Chae Rim, recently held their wedding reception in the actor's hometown.
Sina News recently published photos of the couple's wedding in Taiyuan, in the north China's Shanxi Province on 14 October, which followed the traditional Chinese customs.
The South Korean actress looked stunning in an embroidered qipao during the tea ceremony, while husband Gao wore a much more modern suit as they offered tea to the elders.
The newlyweds later held a modern reception at a hotel, with Chae Rim looking gorgeous in her white bridal gown.
There will be another reception in South Korea next week.
News of Gao and Chae's relationship were revealed in March this year, after meeting through Chinese drama, "The Lee Family", where they acted as husband and wife. The couple got engaged in June.
This is the second marriage for Chae Rim, who was once married to singer Lee Seung-hwan.
