I think most of the comments about Goku's Int are based on the TFS goku. If you watch the original DB or DBZ, you will constantly be surprised by his quick-wittedness and inventiveness. Take the fights against Piccolo Jr, Cell, Frieza, and Majin Vegeta. Dude pulls some seriously genius moves. But if anyone wants to point out literally anything from the later Buu saga or DB Super... I concede the point, good sir.

He needs Draw upon Holy Might to represent Super-Saiyan and/or Kaioken

LOL intelligence 11 wisdom 12 haha. Goku was dumb as a stone and no wisdom at least.

Goku was just socially awkward and had no formal education, so an average INT of 10-11 is be accurate. He was a fighting genius so he should have a pretty high Wisdom tbh. Remember INT of 8-9 is usually at a point where they misuse or mispronounce words, So 9 would be the lowest he technically should go. People often mistake Goku being a goof that doesn't hang around normal people with being a moron.
