I baked this themed cake for my brother's 21st birthday as he loves his music - the notation around the edge is actually the score for 'Happy Birthday'.
Top tip
Always make sure layer cakes are completely cool before you fill and pile them on top of one another otherwise they'll be sliding all over the place as the filling melts!
