Paweł Rogowicz

Paweł Rogowicz is the CEO and founder of Espeo Software, a software development company specializing in blockchain technology. Paweł has over 15 years of experience in the software industry, having worked as a software engineer, software designer, and scrum master.

Paweł began their career as a software engineer at Solita Oy in 2004. Paweł worked on various projects for Finnish companies, using agile software development methodologies. In 2005, they were promoted to software designer and worked on projects for media and telecommunications companies.

In 2008, Paweł left Solita Oy to join Oracle as a scrum master and team leader. Paweł was responsible for leading a software development team working on a project for the Polish public administration. In 2009, they left Oracle to start their own company, Espeo Blockchain.

Espeo Blockchain is a blockchain consulting and development firm. The company provides services to startups and enterprises looking to utilize blockchain technology. In 2016, Paweł was named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Blockchain by Richtopia.

Paweł Rogowicz has a Msc in Computer Science from Gdańsk University of Technology and an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Francuski Instytut Zarządzania. Paweł also has certification from Duolingo in Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Intermediate (Estimated).
