The Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź is a modern and contemporary art museum in Łódź. The museum is one of the oldest museums of modern art in the world and is primarily focused on displaying avant-garde art, as well as progressive artistic interventions. The musuem is mostly known for its international collection of modern art of the a.r. group. The space of ms1 (the main museum building) is a venue for implementing the program of temporary exhibitions, projects related to experimental film and video and performance art.
