TESS Aberdeen, a leader in offshore integrated fluid transfer, power and control solutions, recently sponsored the Hermes 2012 Blues football team, contributing to their home kits and training tops.

The kits were unveiled by TESS Aberdeen Director Keith Robertson during a recent training session at the Aberdeen Sports Village.

While the sponsorship of the Hermes 2012 Blues enhances their presence in the local sporting community, it also serves a greater purpose.

By sponsoring the kits, TESS Aberdeen hopes to raise awareness for MND Scotland, a cause extremely close to their hearts, with an aim to advocate for greater understanding and support for those affected by this debilitating disease.

Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is a progressive neurological condition that affects the nerves in the brain and spinal cord. It can lead to weakness, muscle degeneration, and ultimately, loss of movement and speech. By aligning their sponsorship with MND Scotland, TESS Aberdeen is seeking to shed light on this condition and the urgent need for research, resources, and support within the community.

TESS Aberdeen recognises the impact community involvement can have on fighting diseases like MND. By sponsoring the Hermes 2012 Blues, TESS encourages everyone, from football fans to local businesses, to come together and rally support for those affected by MND. This collaboration is an inspiring demonstration of how corporate entities and sports teams can unite for a greater cause, bringing hope and change to those in need.

As the Hermes 2012 Blues take to the football pitch, they proudly display the TESS Aberdeen logo alongside MND Scotland’s, symbolising the collective effort to raise awareness and bring hope to those affected by this devastating disease.
