This book covers just about everything; it's so informative, and prepares any potential Chinchilla owner, for just about anything they may encounter while caring for their pet.

I am a University student studying in zoology.
Before buying my own chinchillas I went through many books, but this one in particular was the most complete.
It gave me all the basic needs in owning a chinchilla with the little extras.
It is simple and the information just sticks to you with the many images illustrated inside this book.
It encourages you to care for your chinchilla and makes you feel confident in going forward to purchase one of your own.
I highly recommend this book.

I really wanted more information that would easily explain what kinds of treats chinchillas can have and how to keep them groomed. This book was perfect for that, and it also had other helpful info, too. I read through this book quickly (it's not very long) and I really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone needing info on their pet chinchillas.
