Reliable for several years
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned several of these over the years. They will honestly last about 2-3 years before they start having a "double click" issue (the button will register single clicks as double clicks every so often). However, during those 2 years, it's been one of the best and most responsive mouse I've ever used, and is able to work on different surfaces. I've tried other mice on the market and always ended up returning them and buying one of these. It's priced well enough to warrant purchasing a new one every few years if you can get it on sale.

Pretty Good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I chose to buy M525 as a consequence of balance between price and quality. Magic Mouse is a little expensive for me to purchase. M525 is compatible well with my Macbook pro with Retina. I feel very comfortable to use it. No problems till now.

Logitech M525 Wireless Mouse
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used these for years and have found this mouse to be the most reliable of the 100's I have used. I spend a lot of time on the computer doing plan surveys with technical software which is taxing on a mouse. Never a problem unless. Very reliable unless you step on it, then I guess you need another one. Happened to me about 7 years ago. I am still using the replacement.

Great basic wireless mouse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This wireless mouse is a no-nonsense basic mouse with the features, speed and reliability I need. I use one with my laptop and one with my desktop computer. They are sturdy, smooth-operating with nice design features and rubber grips. The weight feels just right and there are no extra side buttons to accidentally press while you are concentrating on the work at hand. It's easy to set up--just plug in the controller into a USB port, boot up and your computer will find it instantly. It has an ON/OFF switch on the bottom to conserve battery life. It is not a very large mouse so those with really big hands might find it a bit too small. But it's great for those of us with small to medium sized hands.

PERFECT FOR OFFICES & SCHOOLS great quality last
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good price, dependable and perfect for laptops when you are often on the go and traveling, worked really well with my windows laptop i had for work. Bought them for all student computers and office computers at work. I hated always being surrounded with wires and trying to hide them from guests because it is ugly. This allowed such sleek and modern abilities. As soon as I used the first one and knew it would run slow or have any glitches for being a wireless mouse, I bought the remaining computers all one. Comfortable grooves, clicking and scrolling features. Runs off of the most common battery (AA or AAA can't remeber) and it lasts a long time. It will stop using the charge once idle for so long but never took a long time to wake back up. This is the best mouse to invest in for companies with many computers and schools that have computer and research/study labs for students because they can last a lifetime. If you lose or break the connector for back of computers - once used for another mouse can be used as soon as you plug in - it will recognize the nearest mouse and begin to control automatically. For public places - the only issue i had is that people would steal mouse since it can easily fit a pocket and not attached to wires and wall but most people would forget the piece attached to computer. BIG PLUS FOR ME was that the small attachment was able to fit and be sealed in an opening made underneath the mouse so that way you can transfer, move, package etc. in an organized way without fearing you will lose the attachment.

nice mouse
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. An excellent wireless mouse with good battery life, but that is because it uses two of them. The USB receiver is stored in the same compartment as the batteries and if it gets bumped in transport the batteries may come loose. Overall I would say that its older sibling, the M510 is better if you carry around the mouse in a backpack. It is very responsive, though, and just like the M510 it can be used for gaming with very little delay and no tracking issues in a home environment.

Smooth Operation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Thanks to Best Buy having the different mouse options out for trial, we could try them out before selecting one. This mouse was just right. The cheaper options had a stiffer wheel and didn't fit in the hand as well as this one. The more expensive options didn't seem that much better. I liked this mouse so much I bought two to replace both the one at home and at work.

The best mouse at a good price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best mouse that I have owned. Not only is it wireless, but it also has a very small USB drive insert. As a result, you can leave the small insert in your USB drive while packing and travelling with your laptop, because the insert has such a low profile. The shape and feel of this mouse are ergonomic, and the battery life (Standard AA) is great.
