- A: AnswerCannot help you. I am on my third one of these. Two in repair and one still in box. My problem was it kept opening at any time. That was one and the 2nd one just stopped working after it ate the discs. Not a very reliable product. Why buy another one?? Good question that I have no answer for. When they work they are great but they don't work long enough and the geeks don't have the solutions to the problem as far as I know. My advise, return it and ask for a refund. RLB

- A: AnswerHello Games, we are happy to advise. To turn the 5-Disc Micro System off, press the DEMO button (remote control) once to enter Bluetooth mode. You will then press the ECO button (remote control).

- A: AnswerThe unit will randomly play songs on an individual CD until all songs have been played on that disc. Once all songs are completed on that disc it will move on to the next CD tray and randomly play songs from the disc in that tray.
