Philip Cave
Philip Cave has nearly 35 years of international construction leadership experience across the civil, marine, mining, power, nuclear and transport sectors. With a reputation for finding innovative solutions to complex project problems, Mr Cave was employed as general manager of Gorgon by Leighton in 2013, to implement a change management program on the Gorgon LNG Jetty Project. Prior to joining Leighton, he spent 30 years with Kier Group, a London Stock Exchange listed construction company. He held operations and managing director positions with the organisation and prior to leaving, he was managing director of the infrastructure and overseas business. Mr Cave was also a member of the executive management team, a construction division board executive director, and a risk committee member. He has a Master of Engineering (Civil) from City University in London, and an MBA from Henley Management College in Reading.
