Brazil is on strike at customs. The biggest strike that has ever existed at Brazilian customs. It started on November 20th. And it got absurdly worse at the end of December. And it's still terrible to this day.
Brazil was paralyzed, and there was even a lack of medicines and basic supplies.
Obviously ebay shipments like jerseys were affected. Just like the entire Brazilian population.
