Item never arrived I can only put it down to the postal service incompetence we have had quite a few deliveries either go missing or for someone else I had two letters yesterday for different people not even in. Our street I have contacted the seller and if it fails to arrive by the end of the week they will kindly send me a refund. Not really fair on the seller having to take a loss for someone else’s mistake.

3 days after it was scheduled to arrive to me the Seller emailed me to say the item had been returned to him by the postal system as undeliverable. I requested a full refund and he refunded the total to me the same day. I cannot leave + feedback simply because this Seller has a history of items being returned to him by the postal dept. I would caution against ordering anything from this overseas postal locality. Seller communications were great and he stood behind the product guarantee.

Unfortunately this order was returned to us by the postal service which detailed "Return To Sender - Insufficient Address". We ship all orders to the exact address provided. On receiving the product back, we immediately contacted the customer to offer to resend, plus download links so they could use the software instantly or a full refund, and they opted for the refund.
