I found drivers on driveheaven.com, I think (free after registration hassle). I also read that kxproject.com drivers supports this card but have not tried those. The installation went OK (had to restart my ancient PC twice. The PC is Dimension 2350, XP home SP1). Anyway, what you get is versatile card, which I am only using as essentially a hardware synth module capable of playing soundfonts with negligible latency. Just beware that 24-bit audio might overstate its capabilities (search wiki for "audigy")
The sound card performs just as good as the original. One hundred percent satisfied. No issues installing. Just plug it in and enjoy.
