We are not responsible for damaged plants due to mishandling and delayed shipments. Priority Mail Express is the fastest mail service by the Postal Service. It provides guaranteed 1-Day or 2-Day expedited service. ***Winter Advisory in effect until further notice. Please consider adding heat pack to your order for $ 4.00. Extreme temperatures could cause damage to your plants if you do not plan ahead. we are not able to keep up with everyone's weather individually, so we strongly suggest letting us know what is needed such as a Heat Pack(s) for winter, so we can pack plants accordingly. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXTREME WEATHER IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ADD A HEAT PACK EVEN IF YOUR WEATHER REQUIRES ONE.
1. You are purchasing a live plant. plants need proper care and attention to stay alive. please do additional research of the unique needs of your chosen plant and be prepared to provide it proper light, water, humidity, soil, etc. You are responsible for your plant's needs or issue as they arise. The overall health of your plant will be dependent on your environment and the care that you provide.
2. We want happy customers, and we encourage you to reach out to us should you have questions or concerns. This is a gentle reminder to please take the time to check your plant's condition as soon as you receive it. If your plant has an issue, it is important that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery date that reflects on your USPS tracking number. We require you send us detailed photos of the plant as well. We can only resolve issues that are brought to our attention in that timely manner. Heat Packs and Shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE.
3. Once plant materials leave our property, we do not have the ability to guarantee that your weather HOT OR COLD, any plant predators in your home, airborne plant diseases, the location it is placed inside or outside your home, especially the care it receives will ensure that your plant will thrive and survive. We are not responsible for the care of your plant after it leaves our hands.

Our plants are picked from a collection we have have and no 2 plants are alike, the plants that we ship to each customer are only similar in appearance to the representative plant in the photo but cannot be 100% the same as they are all unique. Please see all the photos, read the product description, do research on this particular plant on its likes of this particular plant, and message us if you have any questions BEFORE placing your order.
Our shipping days are Mondays and Tuesdays to make sure that your plant spends as little time as possible in box and does not languish unnecessarily in the box over a weekend.
Pre-Transit we buy and print shipping labels ahead of time to get your order ready for shipment, but does not necessarily mean that your order will ship same day.
Please be aware that all purchases are FINAL SALE once marked shipped. You can request to cancel your order any time before its shipped by sending us a message.
We work diligently to package and protect your plant from damage on its route to your home. However, shipping can cause stress to plants and its normal for some leaves to turn yellow brown, drop or break. Keep in mind that a strong root system will promote new leaf growth and that is really the life of the plant. Plants have cycles and old leaves die and new ones come up, and it does not necessarily mean plant is dying or dead. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns.
