Kokiri Forest Characters
The brash and moody "leader" of the Kokiri. Mido is known for being a bully, but he as respect for the Great Deku Tree and pines for Saria's affection. He mostly picks on Link for these reasons, since he is favored by the Great Deku Tree and Saria's best friend. Mido mostly made fun of Link because he had no fairy, until he acquired Navi. Mido blocks Link's way a few times: on the way to The Great Deku Tree as a child and the entrance to the Sacred Forest Meadow as an adult.
Fado
Fado is an interesting Kokiri as most of fame doesn't come from the in-game story, but speculations outside. The only reason her name is known is from a screenshot during Ocarina's development, where she also had a much different character model. The first theory is that she is Mido's sister due to the similar names and how their opinions are the same. The other (much bigger) one is that she is the Sage of Winds. The Wind Temple was cut from the final version and is still represented as the Forest section of Ganon's Tower, due to the use of the wind. Scrapped elements from previous Zelda games are known to be revived in later entries, hence the previous Sage of Winds named Fado in Wind Waker.
Know-it-all Brothers
Three Kokiri brothers that live in their home next to the Forest Training Center. Each brother explains a different game mechanic to Link.
Great Deku Tree
The Father Guardian of the Kokiris. He looks over all of the forest and holds one of the Spiritual Stones, the Kokiri's Emerald. He sends Navi to bring Link to him, as he knows now is the time for Link to go on his adventure to save Hyrule. Link starts by breaking Ganondorf's curse on him. The Great Deku Tree then tells Link the story of the Golden Goddesses and the Triforce before passing away.
