Burger King is the new sponsor of Liga Portugal

The world-reference multinational food chain associates itself to the Portuguese Professional Football

Burger King and Liga Portugal have just established a partnership that will associate the brand to the Professional Football competitions, namely Liga Portugal bwin and Liga Portugal SABSEG for the 2021-2022 season. The food chain thus becomes the official sponsor of the official football competitions in Portugal, and together with Liga Portugal will create the best experiences for fans: the best football allied to the best hamburgers.

As part of this partnership, Burger King will give name to the Forward of the Month awards of the Liga Portugal bwin and Liga Portugal SABSEG. The sponsorship also includes the association of the brand to the Team of the Week of the Liga Portugal Bwin, announced weekly on Liga Portugal's own digital platforms. Burger King will also have a presence in some promotional visible materials, among other campaigns and initiatives promoting the Liga Portugal bwin and the Liga Portugal SABSEG.

Football is when we enjoy and bring together friends and family to support our favourite team and where food is always present. Burger King's partnership with Liga Portugal will create a dynamic between the more than 140 restaurants of the brand in Portugal, its home delivery service and all the fans of Liga Portugal bwin and Liga Portugal SABSEG, allowing them to enjoy the show in the best way possible.
