We all might know that in every country we need professionals to keep our infrastructure and services running. We all have a common consern to maintain and increase attraction in vocational education. We all in the picture are having a common amazing work of supporting excellence and keep offering superb possibilities to young professionals by offering them a change to put their skills in test and finding unique international possibilities, network, lifelong friends and in some countries - completely change their lifes. Last week in Dublin WorldSkills International was having its General Assembly after a while in person. We had about 250 individuals from about 55 various countries to talk, learn, share and decide many topics. This is me telling what's going on with WorldSkills Occupational Standard Development Centre. Do you know someone, who has competed in WorldSkills Europe or WorldSkills International competitions? Have you recruited one of these best ones in the World? #vocationalexcellence #vocationaleducation #skillscompetitions

🏆Have you heard of the 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 Championship? Leading up to international competitions like EuroSkills and WorldSkills, SwissSkills lets vocational talents from a wide range of professions shine 👏 This week, mechanics for agricultural machinery, construction machinery, and power equipment competed for the title of Swiss champion. It’s one of many categories that celebrate the dedication, hard work, and expertise of these young professionals. 🥇At last year’s 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, the Swiss team won 15 medals across 16 categories, showcasing the effectiveness of our vocational system. In September, Switzerland is aiming even higher at the 47th 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 Competition in Lyon, with 45 participants in 41 disciplines. ++++ At Ekko-Meister, we know how important it is to recognize and foster skilled professionals. Beyond leading-edge technology and modern facilities, it’s the people in our team that make the difference 😊 Being part of a culture that values hands-on training enriches our work and contributes to innovation. SwissSkills, and similar competitions in other countries, highlight the vital role of vocational training and its impact on industries worldwide 💪 So, what do 𝘺𝘰𝘶 think about these championships? #ekkomeisterag #talent #Switzerland
