Mynt Lounge Sold

I have been to a lot of nightclubs in my time but Mynt was the cleanest most organised place I have ever been to. Nothing was left to chance with procedures for everything a dynamic marketing team and a very loyal following.  However, the venue is in Werribee.  So the target market for a buyer was a tight niche but we were quickly able to identify a buyer and negotiate a good sale price.  All went extremely well unit the purchases solicitor became involved.  I must admit that the Tan & Tan law firm excelled themselves in incompetence that dragged out the settlement for over two months longer than it should be and cost a fortune in legal fees on all sides. Normally I give the landlord a hard time but in this case their patience was exemplary.  So a note to those buying businesses out there check that your solicitor has experience of business sales and negotiate a fixed price to prevent that bill creeping upwards.
