Jesse Margera wrote on his Instagram account that his brother is close to death due to his drug addiction.
"I hope none of you have to hurt as much as me right now," Jess wrote on his Instagram Story over a photo of him and Bam.
"He is dying and there is nothing I can do about it."
Bam Margera's attorney denies illness
After Jesse's post, Bam Margera's lawyer came out to give a statement to the Post where he assures that his client is in perfect health and ready for the trial he will face for assault
"He seems to be in good health and good spirits preparing for his defense in this case," Margera's attorney Michael van der Veen told The Times, adding that he spoke to the former professional skateboarder as recently as Monday morning.
People close to Bam have publicly acknowledged that he has drug problems and are very concerned about him.
