Oasis' Liam and Noel Gallagher are said to be making moves to finally put their differences aside to stage an epic Knebworth reunion in 2025.

According to sources, agents for the brothers are looking at four nights in June that will coincide with the 30th anniversary of (What’s The Story) Morning Glory?

Sources say the brothers latest mud-slinging, with Liam calling Noel a 'coward' who 'hates Oasis fans' is all to grab attention and keep up the guess work.

While Blur's Damon Albarn, who has struck up a friendship with Noel over recent years, said last week that he is certain a reunion is imminent.

"“I can guarantee they’re going to reform. In fact, I have put money on it. They’re brothers and it would be wonderful to see them reconcile," he said.

A source told the Sun: "Agents are provisionally looking at dates in June, which would see fans enjoying Oasis again with the chance of the sun shining.

"For Liam and Noel, this public slanging match is all part of the show – they know it gets everyone’s attention and keeps people guessing.

“Both are set to release solo albums soon and are each due to tour next year, so it helps to keep people riveted.”

The band have not played together since August 2009 when an ugly row broke ahead of a performance at Rock En Seine festival in Paris.

Liam is said to have riled Noel by wielding his guitar around 'like an axe.'

It proved to be the final blow for the siblings with Noel walking away and later telling fans "It's with some sadness and great relief to tell you that I quit Oasis tonight. People will write and say what they like, but I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer.”

In another statement a few days later, titled "Tales From The Middle Of Nowhere", Noel added: "The details are not important and of too great a number to list. But I feel you have the right to know that the level of verbal and violent intimidation towards me, my family, friends and comrades has become intolerable. And the lack of support and understanding from my management and band mates has left me with no other option than to get me cape and seek pastures new.”
