It often felt like I was watching two unconnected movies at the same time. It bounced around, never really focusing on anything for too long. Less of a crossover and more of a shared universe.

Ignore the bad reviews. We just watched "The Ring vs The Grudge" and loved it. This is one of the most deeply underrated horror movies. I held off for years because the reviews said it was boring and sucked. It's not an action movie. It's a genuinely scary slow burn horror movie that leads to Marvel level horror gags for people who know the mythology of the ghosts. I laughed, I screamed, I panicked, I loved it. Nightmares, here I come.

I wasted my time watching two sequels in one... it doesnt have any sence to me adding kayako to the ringu universe or vice versa. This is a clear example to the continuous effort to revive sequels with no success... in some points of the movie, it looks like more a funny movie with some "jokes"? Than a horror film...
