The 2024 Oscars has thus far been one to remember, with stars dressed to impress in glamorous gowns and show-stopping jewelry.

One of our favorite looks of the evening came from Charlize Theron, who arrived on the red carpet wearing a draped metallic gown with a twist detail from Dior Haute Couture. But her layers of jewels are what really caught our attention.

Theron is the first person to publicly wear the Boucheron pieces.

The South African actress accessorized her ensemble with a diamond bracelet and necklace from Boucheron. The pieces in question are the newest additions to the French house's Quatre collection, currently celebrating its 20th anniversary, and have never appeared on the red carpet until tonight. Theron also tied her look together with dramatic drop earrings and rings from the brand.

She wore her famous blonde hair slicked back and kept her glam natural with a rosy lip and cheek.

Theron teamed up with her long-time stylist, Leslie Fremar, for tonight's look. She's previously credited Fremar for instilling confidence in her fashion choices.

"I feel like I’ve been so spoiled," Theron told People last year. "Man, I am a lucky girl. She’s stuck with me whether she likes it or not.”

Another look at Theron’s Boucheron jewelry.

Theron is set to hit the stage as a presenter later this evening. She has previously been nominated for three Academy Awards, one of which she won for her role in Monster in 2004. She also received nods for North Country in 2006 and Bombshell in 2020.

Tonight is the first time Theron has appeared on the carpet since October 2023. Then, she attended the Hollywood Reporter beauty dinner in West Hollywood wearing a sheer black blouse layered over a lace bralette with a leather skirt.

One month after the event, Theron graced the cover of Town & Country for its annual philanthropy issue.
