Marta Jastrzębska

Marta is a Manager in the Debt & Capital Advisory team at Deloitte Poland, specialising in real estate finance. She started her career in banking in 2009 and then continued to develop in the area of financing focusing on the real estate market. She currently has more than 10 years of experience working on residential and commercial projects, including in the hospitality sector, which she gained among others at the consulting boutique Upper Finance Group. During her career, Marta has been responsible for initiating, structuring and executing complex project finance transactions.
