One of everyone's favorite TV dads, John Goodman, was recently spotted in New Orleans looking nearly half his former size. US Magazine reports that the actor stopped into Smoothie King and was photographed in a gray hoodie, gray t-shirt, and blue gym shorts. His new physique is impressive and is apparently the product of cutting out alcohol and working out six days per week.

According to personal trainer Mackie Shilstone, Goodman has lost more than 100 pounds by sticking to the Mediterranean diet, which focuses on eating plenty of plant-based foods, like fruits, vegetables, legumes and nuts, and limiting how much red meat you eat (meaning, just a couple steaks a month, max). "This didn't happen overnight, it's been an ongoing process," he told the New York Post back in 2015.

The Roseanne alum looked extremely well during a recent appearance on Live with Kelly, where he promoted his upcoming film, Patriots Day. But it hasn't always been this way. Over the years, his weight has fluctuated. In 2010, his all-time high weight was almost 400 pounds. Take a look at his transformation over the years:
